Observed 2 swifts in the Glasthule area south of Dun Laoghaire

I heard the Cuckoo for the first time on 5th May while working in my allotment in Glencullen, County Dublin.

Clearly heard the Cuckoo for some time Thursday evening.

Three swallows were continously flying low to the ground around and over and back the lawn next to hedgerow for most of the day.

On the Cunnigar in Ring 2 swallows flying in from the sea.
